Terms of service.

Venture List is a free list of publicly available places for startup founders: directories, review sites, communities and accelerators. It shows third-party names, logos and links. Part of it is open to everyone; the full list, a launch plan and the list as an Excel file come with a free account.

You may use the list for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell or republish the compiled list without our permission.

To get the list by email you give us your email address. We send what you asked for, and a monthly email about changes only if you tick the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

We do not own the third-party content we list. Names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the places. If you own a listed site and want something changed, write to hi@venturelist.app.

The list is for information only. We check the links (see how we check), but third-party sites change without notice and we cannot guarantee that every place, price or detail is correct or complete. Checking a link is not an endorsement of the site. Use the site and the listed places at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that the site is always available or free of errors, and we may change or stop any part of it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site, including errors in the list, interruptions, or your use of a listed third-party site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
